Refund policy

If the buyer rejects the furniture upon delivery, resulting in a return to our warehouse, or returns it for personal reasons unrelated to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To process a return, the furniture must be repackaged in its original packaging, including all internal protective materials, without any modifications. Damaged furniture does not need to be returned. Please ensure that any eligible furniture is returned in good condition within 90 days of receipt.
