Order Confirmation
Please ensure your shipping address and contact phone number is correct before placing an order. After the order is placed, we are unable to modify any recipient information.

If delivery fails or the package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address/phone number provided by the buyer—or if an address change is requested after the item has shipped for personal reasons, resulting in non-delivery or return—the buyer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Return Policy
A. Returns are accepted only for unopened products in their original, intact packaging. To be eligible, the item must remain unused, with all seals, tags, and protective materials in place, and in first quality. Eligible unopened returns are typically accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection upon receipt. Once approved, we will process a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping fees, unless the return qualifies under our defective items policy).

B. If a product is found to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not meet our quality standards, we accept returns following verification of the issue.

***Customers are required to contact us within 15 days of delivery with details and 3 supporting images to initiate the return process.***

Approved returns for defective items include a full refund of the product price and we will cover return shipping costs where applicable.

C. Non-Refundable Products
Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened and show no manufacturing defects or quality issues. Due to the nature of these items—which are vacuum-compressed for efficient shipping and expand irreversibly upon opening—repackaging for resale is not feasible. Opened products in this category are therefore considered final sale.

Shipping Costs for Returns
A. Non-defect returns (change of mind, personal preference, etc.)
For returns not related to product defects, damage, or errors on our part, the buyer is responsible for both the original outbound shipping costs and the return shipping fees. These charges are non-refundable.

B. Post-shipment changes or unsuccessful deliveries due to buyer circumstances
Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations or modifications (including address changes) are accepted. If delivery fails or is refused due to buyer-provided reasons—such as an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or other personal circumstances—the buyer will be responsible for all outbound shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any additional charges incurred (e.g., re-shipping or storage fees).
